Returns & warranty
We want you stoked on your slide. Here is our fair, straightforward policy on returns, warranty, and what to do if something arrives wrong.
Returns
You can return an unused, undamaged slide in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition. The item must be unused, undamaged, and packed in its original packaging so it can be resold.
- Return freight. Because slides ship by LTL freight, you arrange and pay for return freight โ unless the item arrived defective or damaged, in which case we cover it.
- Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue your refund to the original payment method.
Warranty
Your slide is backed by a manufacturer warranty against defects in material and workmanship for one year from delivery. If a covered defect appears, we will repair or replace the affected item.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty covers manufacturing defects โ not general wear or misuse. It does not cover:
- Misuse, accidents, or improper setup
- Over-inflation or use beyond rated pressure
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
How to start a return or warranty claim
Email order@swolemuchfun.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will walk you through the next steps and get it sorted quickly.
Damaged in transit
Freight happens on the road, so inspect your shipment on arrival. If anything looks damaged:
- Note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves โ this is important for resolving the claim.
- Contact us within 48 hours at order@swolemuchfun.com with your order number and photos.
When an item arrives damaged or defective, we make it right โ including the cost of getting a replacement to you.
